1.What information I need to provide for quotation?

2.Which type of file format I need to supply for sample production?
We accept AI,CDR,Freehand,PSD files and they should be over 300DPI.
3.What is the lead time?
For nomal cases,after receiving the final artwork,it takesaround 3-5 days to produce a cylinder,
whereas around7days for silkscreen & offset printing sample.After deposite confirmed&the
approval of the cylinder proof,it takes around 20days for mass production.The lead time
can be revised for urgent orders.
4.What is the main different between PP,PVC & PET?
materials have different characteristice:
PP-Environmental friendly &cost effective,we can use ultra-sonic or glue PP together
PET-Environmental friendly&high level of transparency
PVC-High level of transparency&widely use
5.What is the MOQ?
For bigger size,the MOQ is 10000pcs for each design.
For smaller size,theMOQ is 50000pcs for each design.
6.What is the different between Silkscreen printing &Offset printing?
Silkscreen printing is mostly used for simple graphics.Pantone no.or colour samples should be
provided by customers.Offset printing is for more comlicated graphics,gradual change colour
or pictures.There are 4 basic colour red.blue.yellow & black.They can be mixed out more than
10 colour.White masking is usually added for enhancing the products’image. Customers no
need to provide any Pantone no.or colour samples.
6.Is there any sample charge & is it refundable?
Yes,there is sample charge for producing samples.Under circumstances,part of or full sample
charge can be refunded after placing orders.which the totall quantity up to one milloin pcs or ten tons.

4 common types of coffee bags in the market
1.Flexible non hermetic packaging:
This is one of the most economical packaging. They are usually used by local small baking plants because they can guarantee prompt supply. Coffee beans can be consumed in time. The coffee beans can only be stored in a short time.
2, airtight packaging:
after loading coffee, vacuum and sealed up. Because the carbon dioxide formed baked process, this kind of packing only in coffee for a period of time so that it can have after degassing packaging, so the storage interval in a few days. Coffee beans are longer than coffee powder. The cost is low because it does not need to be separated from the air during storage. The coffee should be used up within 10 weeks.
3, one-way exhaust valve packaging:
roasted coffee in a special with a one-way exhaust valve. The exhaust valve allows gas to go out, but not in. There is no need for separate storage phase, but due to the process of deflation, the fragrance will be a little loss. It avoids the formation of corruption, but can not prevent the loss of aroma.
4, pressurized packaging:
This is the most expensive way, but can save coffee for two years. In a few minutes after baking, coffee can be vacuum packaging. After adding some inert gas, keep the pressure in the package. The coffee beans are stored under pressure, so that the aroma is present on the fat, thereby improving the flavor of the beverage.
